Tired =/= Better.
Better = Better.
Whatever one's fitness goal is, that goal itself also comes with the assumption that moving better and feeling better came along with it as the priority.
Reaching a goal at the expense of moving better and/or feeling better simply swapped one issue for another.
When you rob Peter in order to pay Paul, you now need to pay Peter.
This is a missing link in a lot of people's fitness goals, assuming they were even able to fight the uphill battle that was achieving their goal.
Fitness and all it entails, should empower and build one up, not break them down.
And that's exactly what we do here.

It was unassuming on paper, er whiteboard, which turned out different from the reality but some glutes and guns were worked in this one tonight for sure!

Editing some Postural Restoration Institute goodness for this month’s content for our membership site for fellow fitness professionals and if I may be so humble, Episode 52 of the Erie Fitness Lifestyle Podcast has quite a bit of knowledge dropped during it including why foam rolling may not be the best idea... and more!
