Hi friends. Taking it a bit easy on the upper body for a few weeks while I rehab a shoulder injury. Luckily it doesn’t impact skiing. ⛷️ or running 🏃 I will be teaching Barre at ECC on Sat at 9:45. Hope you’re having great week enjoying the gorgeous spring-like weather. Pic from Brighton in Utah
It’s not gonna be easy to get out of bed tomorrow but I know that some yoga will be a great start to the week and will warm us up from the inside! I’m also subbing 2 classes for the holiday tomorrow. My schedule:
Monday- 5:45 am yoga, noon BodyPump, 5:30pm cycle plus my usual Saturday cycle and barre. 🧘♀️🏋️♀️🚴♀️

Happy New Year! New Year, New Focus here. I changed this page to Maggie V Fitness as in the 7 years since I set it up, I've added to my teaching credentials. In addition to yoga, Pilates, and barre, I teach cycle, BodyPump and occasionally fill in for other group classes. I also love to try other classes as a student, to go for a hike, run, or bike ride and to stay active and fuel my body with good food. I haven't posted on here in a while and as a new year's goal, will strive to keep it up to date. This week at the ECC:
- Friday 6am Cycle (sub)
- Sat 7:15 HiiT (sub)
- Sat 8:30 Cycle
- Sat 9:45 Barre
- Mon 6am Total Body (sub) (note starting week of 1/15 I will be teaching 5:45am Yoga on Mondays)

I’m subbing a NEW class Erie Community Center tonight at 5:30-6:30pm. It’s power yoga in the fitness studio! And a reminder my regular classes are on Saturdays: Cycle 8:30-9:15 and Barre 9:45-10:30. Let’s do this! 💪🧘♀️🚴♀️

Join me this Thurs and next at 6pm for the last two weeknight Barre classes! Starting in the fall, there are some new classes coming to weeknights and Barre will only be offered on Saturday mornings. I would love to see YOU for happy hour at the barre either or both nights (and perhaps a beverage after at Erie Social Club)!
To be clear, barre classes are at Erie Community Center - you can drop in if you don't have a membership.
