Little Ninjas Safety Day is coming up!

FREE Little Ninjas Safety Day for Ages 4–6!

Looking for a fun way to help your little one build confidence while learning important safety skills?

Join us at Millcreek Karate for Little Ninjas Safety Day, a FREE community event designed especially for children ages 4–6.

Kids will enjoy:

• A beginner-friendly Little Ninjas karate and safety class
• Simple personal safety and self-defense skills
• Fire and community safety lessons
• A family fire escape plan activity
• Time to play in our awesome Kid Cave, featuring video games, foosball, skee ball, basketball, Legos, board games, and more!

No karate experience is needed. In fact, this event is perfect for children who have never tried martial arts before.

Every participating child will also receive a free trial pass to come back and experience more classes at Millcreek Karate.

Reminder: Millcreek Karate will be CLOSED on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

We also want to take a moment to thank our incredible staff for the time, energy, and dedication they bring to our students every day. Their commitment to helping each student grow, build confidence, and become their very best means so much to us.

We hope our staff, students, and families enjoy a safe and relaxing Labor Day weekend!

Regular classes will resume on Tuesday, September 8th.

Trunk or Treat is coming to Millcreek Karate!

Join us on Saturday, October 17th from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM for a fun, family-friendly Halloween celebration filled with costumes, decorated trunks, candy, and plenty of spooky fun!

Back-to-school season can bring out a lot in kids: excitement, nerves, new routines, new expectations, and plenty of challenges along the way.

That’s one of the reasons we love martial arts so much.

Karate gives kids a place to practice what it feels like to work through frustration, speak with confidence, listen closely, set goals, and keep going when something doesn’t come easily the first time.

Those lessons don’t stay on the karate floor. They can show up in the classroom, in friendships, at home, and in the way kids begin to see themselves.
