Today is the last day that Fit Chicks is open. Thank you to all that have supported me.

This week is the last full week of Fit Chicks! I can't believe the studio will be closed next week, but am excited to start the next chapter of my life.

SAD NEWS! I'm sad to announce that Fit Chicks Studio will be closing as of Dec 1st. I'm so proud of what I was able to accomplish here, but unfortunately, running the studio is taking too much time away from my family. Thank you to all that supported me, attended the groups, and trained! I appreciate the support more than you know!!!

You have a month to use up those passes, so come on in and enjoy the last month!!!!

CONFESSION TIME!!! I'm off the rails with Nutrition and Fitness. I've completely gone into hibernation mode with the weather change!!! If you're feeling the same way, get back on track! Get up and exercise even if you don't want to!! It's the one thing that will make you feel better. Jackson crushed his best time by 30 seconds at the cross country championship!! So glad I was there to watch.
