Here’s a look at a few of our latest trips! Another great stretch of fishing, good people, and plenty of fish hitting the deck.

We’ve only got a handful of trips left before we wrap up our 2026 season. It’s been one heck of a year, and we can’t thank everyone enough who has fished with us, supported us, and continued to come back year after year!

Yesterday we had Scott and his crew out! The lake was a little choppy, but the fishing was great! Really enjoyed spending the day with you three and appreciate you guys coming out with us!

Today we had new clients Tim and his wife aboard! We postponed the trip a little bit hoping the lake would calm down, and thankfully it did. Still had a little chop out there, but that sure didn’t matter… Fishing was great!!

Saturday’s trip was with the Shasko crew! We absolutely love having these guys aboard. Always a great time, plenty of laughs, and another awesome day on Lake Erie!

Sunday’s trip was a special one. Jason and his crew joined us, and Jason’s dad is currently battling pancreatic cancer. They wanted to get him out on the lake, spend some quality time together, and make some memories—and we were honored to help make that happen.

Please keep Jason’s dad and their entire family in your prayers as he continues his fight.

Days like Sunday are a good reminder that sometimes it’s about a whole lot more than just catching fish.

Yesterday we had Jon Kreible and his crew aboard! They’re repeat customers that we always look forward to having on the boat. It’s always a great time with this crew, and the fishing didn’t disappoint!

Today we had our friends Travis, Crysta, and their little boy out with us. Watching him reel in fish and light up with excitement was definitely the highlight of the day! Seeing kids make memories on Lake Erie never gets old.

The walleye bite continues to be outstanding. If you’ve been thinking about booking a trip, now’s the time—let’s go fishing! 🎣

Yesterday’s trip with Josh and his crew was another fantastic day on Lake Erie! We worked 65 feet of water and the fish were chewing, making for an action-packed trip and a great group of happy anglers.

Austin, his girlfriend, and both of their dads had an awesome day on Lake Erie! The fishing was great, but hearing the stories made the day even better.

Austin’s dad is an old-school Lake Erie OG who spent his life fishing these waters back when the fishing could be tougher, but the walleye were absolute giants. He shared a lot of memories of fishing with my grandpa over the years, and it was pretty special hearing those stories.

Now it’s great to see that tradition being passed down to the next generation. Thanks again for spending the day with BushWhacker Charters—we had a blast and hope to have you all back on the water soon! 🎣
