The Winds had there first ever 70's Party on September 13th for residents and families. Everyone enjoyed dancing to the 70's music provided by Raining Blue and yummy hors d'oeuvres that included cheese fondue! Residents had fun preparing for the party by tie dying shirts and scarves for centerpieces on the tables.

Residents entered artworks to the 2018 Senior Art Exhibit, hosted by the Mercy Hilltop Center and sponsored by Independent Council on Aging. Of the 115 participating artists, 55 and older, and 211 total artworks, our resident, Sally Keene got an honorable mention ribbon and cash prize of $25.00. Other participants include: Jean Joyce, Evelyn Rensel and Jim Hirst.
