Raise your hand if you love mermaid 🙋🏼‍♀️ 🧜‍♀️ A little stretch, a lot of strength, and all the Pilates magic. The Mermaid is one of our favorite moves for opening the hips, lengthening through the side body, and creating beautiful mobility through the spine.

Breathe into the stretch, stay tall through the crown of your head, and let your body move with intention. 🤍
