🥾🌿 Guided Hike & Flow at Snake Mountain with Eliza
Due to the weather, we've shifted the date and are looking forward to gathering THIS Saturday, June 27 from 9:00am–12:00pm.
Immerse yourself in nature on a guided hike and flow at Snake Mountain in Addison, VT. Eliza will lead a hike rooted in mindfulness and play up the mountain, followed by a mellow, feel-good flow at the summit.
The hike is just over 4 miles roundtrip with a steady, gradual incline and gorgeous views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks waiting at the top.
Please bring layers, snacks, at least 1L of water, and something comfortable to practice on.
All levels of hikers and yoga practitioners are welcome.

Our Kid's Yoga Class combines yoga, creative movement and mindfulness for a fun family friendly experience. We play games, introduce partner yoga, hula hoops, handstands, positive affirmations and so much more. There is no better way to introduce these practices to kids than through play!
Parents are welcome to stay for the workshop or run errands and come back to the studio.
