✨ Yoga Bingo is Back August 1! ✨

Our favorite community challenge is making its return for the month of August!

Pick up your Yoga Bingo card at the front desk in either our Burlington or Essex studio and see how many squares you can check off throughout the month. From trying a new teacher or class style to bringing a friend, taking a restorative class, or leaving a Google review, it's a fun way to mix up your practice and stay inspired.

✨ How it works:
• Grab a Bingo card at either studio.
• Have your teacher sign off each completed square.
• Turn in your card by the end of August.

🎉 Every completed milestone earns you raffle entries!
• 5 in a row = 1 raffle entry
• Full card = Bonus entries and even more chances to win!

We're excited to welcome ToniAnn Maynard to our Essex teaching team!

Beginning THIS week, ToniAnn will be leading Inferno Hot Pilates:

🔥 Thursdays at 6:00 PM (starting July 9)
🔥 Mondays at 6:00 PM (starting July 13)

[These classes will replace the current Power Flow and Flow & Restore classes on the schedule.]

Whether you're already an IHP fan or you've been curious to give it a try, this is the perfect opportunity to experience ToniAnn's classes. We can't wait for you to meet her on the mat!
