FINALLY enough snow to be back on my skiis (...and head, of course 🙃)
After practicing yoga on and off my mat for the last years, I have steadily found my place. [email protected]

I've been spending more time inside these days. My outside weekend adventures have become ever more restorative for me.
This past weekend, hammocking at the Colchester Pond lookout, protected from the rain by the tree canopy. Got to spend the day with 3 of my favs...2 are pictured...one was a little camera shy...so instead a picture of one of the many newts we met along the way.

Morning.
Well it's been quite a long couple of weeks here for the VT Lacourcieres. Despite none of us ever testing positive for covid, this remains the worst headcold I can remember having.
But today is a new day, I can lift my head and am able to breathe with meditation again. I truly feel like a new person.
I'll be back on the mat this week for group practice:
Monday, 8:30am, Vinyasa Flow SoulShine Power Yoga]]
Monday, 6:15pm, Yoga for Runners
Wednesday, 12:15pm, Vinyasa Flow SoulShine Power Yoga]]
Thursday, 12:15pm, Vinyasa Flow SoulShine Power Yoga]]
All classes heated and either attend online, in-person, or request the recording.

My hope for this summer: that we can fight off these caterpillars and keep everything as happy and healthy as it looks now.
Other than picking the larvae off the plants directly, applying neem oil and BT - any other tricks you have found? Our apple tree is already lost this year but hoping we can save the rest!
