Every year on March 31st, International Transgender Day of Visibility illuminates the path forward for our trans community, marked by hope, solidarity, and a call to action. As we celebrate their vibrancy and courage, we acknowledge the profound challenges they face, including systemic injustices, violence, and stigma. We pay tribute to our trans community, whose resilience and determination inspire us. Now, more than ever, we must rally behind them with unwavering commitment, standing united in pursuit of a better future.

GMRD remains firmly committed to our belief that trans athletes belong in sports. Transgender and gender non-conforming people will always have a home in GMRD. Today and every day, we strive to make our league an inclusive community where all skaters feel accepted, safe, and welcome.

To our transgender and gender expansive skaters and community members: you belong here. 🏳️‍⚧️
