Each session includes a deep dive into something that’s been bugging you, like a sore shoulder, or something that’s been keeping you from hitting those lifts, like stiff hips or ankles. We talk about what the causes could be and what we can do about it. ⁣
And then we get to work! I use my 𝟷𝟻 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 of massage knowledge, along with my training in cupping, muscle scraping/blading, and kinesiology taping from RockTape to get you the results we’re looking for. ⁣
