Dial in your chest press form with these pro tips:
1️⃣ Foot Drive & Hip Brace: Feet hip-width, heels planted; drive through heels and brace glutes.
2️⃣ Handle & Elbow Alignment: Wrist stacks above elbow, elbows at 45° to target pecs.
3️⃣ Controlled Tempo: Lower in 3s → pause 1s under tension → press explosively.
