It's awesome to see how far Íza Zekuciova, Gary Gambino, and Aaron Lynch have improved in less than a year! Today they averaged over 21 mph for 50 miles, Gary and Iza had their fastest 40K and highest 90 min power, and Aaron had his longest ride (80 miles)! Well done Pain Cavers!
