Today I tried a Rambutan. The rambutan is native to Southeast Asia. It reminds me of a seedless grape, once you peel off the outer cover. I am not so keen on the taste.
We are a weapon based curriculum. We teach weapon training early on.
Our training covers, but not limited to, empty hand, weapon hand, punches, kicks, joint locks, takedowns, Disarms, ...
Our 2 main systems include Filipino Kali and South East Asian Kunt

A drill I put together. going into the , then repeat. This was our first take, and it seemed to flow pretty good.
This Drill is off the jab , cross. Parry, vertical Scissors or vertical Gunting into a knee followed by a combo of punches. You can learn this drill along with others here on Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm with us.

Practicing some focus pad drills. These drills are done here on Tuesday and Thursday. We go from stand-up to takedowns, even to finishing him off with a powerful knee to his head (pad here). We don’t take chances on them getting back up.
Just another drill part 2 of 2. Demonstrating how to take their posture, you take their balance. If they have no posture,no balance, they can’t fight.
Coming soon !!!! Jiu Jitsu classes on Tuesday and Thursday. We also will be offering weapon(s) class on Monday, this is a two hour class. As you already know, we currently offer Panantukan classes in the form of our Focus pad training drills. These classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm for 1 hour. Come join us and get in shape while learning self defense.
Just another focus pad drill part 1 of 2
Here is a drill that I learned with a slight modification. I use the underhook instead of the overhook as taught. This actually can been doing either way. This is a foot sweep drill that I learned from Panantukan, the “art of dirty boxing” as was taught to me thru a dvd from Daniel Sullivan.

Training once again. Time to burn off that extra weight, with these focus pad drills. Here I am going over the vertical Gunting and elbow , while I check or follow their rear hand.

My new training weapons. I got creative this past weekend. Since rubber training guns and rifles cost so much I decided to make my own. I am still working on them. I have to sand them down more . The weight feels great.

I just got these in, Chalk knives. New play toy. Class will be fun!!!
We will be closed on Monday November the 2nd and on Tuesday November the 3rd.
