2) Ask for the progression (next step) or advanced form of a move.

𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤'𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛: I have two adult sons and a grandson that is two years old. I’ve been in this area most of my life and lived on a small farm for 30 plus years. I truly enjoy working and spending time with my significant other, Janice.
𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙇𝙖𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚?⁠⁠ Why not?! I love showing up to a clean environment with like-minded people for a full body, low impact workout. I’m always amazed how the slow reps get me thinking about the muscles I am working and calms my mind. I haven’t experienced a coach I didn’t enjoy!
