We fished extensively last week and encountered some challenging conditions due to wind and weather; nonetheless, the fishing results were good .

Their ribeye steak was truly outstanding, thanks to the culinary skills of Bruce and Amy. Meanwhile, Liz and Gina demonstrated exceptional professionalism in handling customer needs. Fishing has been Good and it’s seems like it’s getting better than last week. lots of Next years Fish. But there are some nice this years (12-14”) you just need to find them. Most people are Trolling the fish have been from 50ft to 110 feet bigger fish have been deeper.

scented corn in Tuna/Anise or Garlic . Tip with one Berkley pink Maggot or pink Berkley crappie Nibblet.

The Fish have been from in-front of Shelter Cove to Serenity Bay over to Princess creek. Fish seemed to be spread out.
This is what has been working good Diamond Dust flasher or Arrow Flash In Gold or Silver plate with a DJ’s Hoochie on a downrigger 50-110ft. Long Lining with Ford fender with a DJ Kokanee ring watermelon has been very effective this week. Run that about 30-50ft Trolling at 1.2mph

The Mackinaw fishing has been good some have been jigging 2-3oz P-Line Laser Minnow and there has been a good number of mackinaw caught trolling so far. Using Silver Hoards, Kwikfish, & Rapala’s. Speed 2.0-3.0mph depending on what plug .

Just a follow up on TAVF Event on Saturday 12th was very successful . The Fish were very cooperative this year it seemed that everyone caught good numbers of fish all the Veterans seemed to enjoy the event. Want to thank Bernie and his team & Volunteers for putting on a great event. Lots of hard work goes into this event. All the Boat Captains and Deck Hands Thank You for your Time. Fishing has been pretty good till this cold front came in over last weekend.

The Kokanee Jig bite has slowed down with the water temperature going up. They are still catching a few.

Diamond Dusk Jigs in in orange/ white has been very good. I would also use pink/white & Orange/white. With the Fish being on the bottom 120-135 1 oz Jig may work better at that depth.

Fishing was slower last with the Full Moon. It should get better with it going down.

They have been catching Kokanee on Jigs from Princess Creek to the West Bay. Also there has been some fish being caught at the view point. Also there has been some schools hanging on the Bottom . The bite slowed down with the water temperature going up. They are still catching some.

Diamond Dusk Jigs in 1/2 - 3/4oz in orange/ white has been very good. I would also use pink/white & Orange/white. With the Fish being on the bottom 120-135 1 oz Jig may work better at that depth.

Some are using no corn on Jumpers and scented corn in Tuna/Anise or Garlic on suspended Fish & Fish on the bottoms . need try it out and which one is working for you.
