Our US Taekwondo College Demo Team had a fantastic time sharing the excitement, discipline, and spirit of Taekwondo with the students, teachers, and families. From powerful kicks and dynamic forms to board breaking and self-defense techniques, our team was proud to showcase the values that make Taekwondo so special.

A huge thank you to Buena Vista Spanish Immersion School for the warm welcome and enthusiastic support. We love inspiring young people to pursue their goals with Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.

Our demo team brought excitement, energy, and powerful techniques as we shared the spirit of Taekwondo with the students, staff, and families. From high-flying kicks to board breaking and synchronized forms, it was an honor to showcase the discipline, respect, and perseverance that Taekwondo teaches.

What an incredible day of growth, discipline, and martial arts spirit at our Belt Promotion Test and Sparring Seminar on beautiful Vashon Island, Washington!

Students gave their best during testing, demonstrating the hard work, focus, and perseverance they’ve built through training. The sparring seminar was packed with valuable drills, timing strategies, movement, and competitive skills to help everyone elevate their game.

We’re proud of every student who stepped on the mat and challenged themselves to improve. Keep pushing forward and continue the journey! 💪

🥋🔥 Seminar Recap – 3/14/26 🔥🥋

Last Saturday, we had an incredible Self-Defense / Self-Improvement / Nunchuck Seminar! From practical real-world self-defense techniques to personal growth mindset training, and dynamic nunchuck skills—our students put in focused, high-level work.

It was amazing to see everyone step out of their comfort zones, sharpen their techniques, and grow not just as martial artists, but as individuals. The energy, discipline, and effort in the room were outstanding!

Keep training, keep improving, and keep striving for excellence! 💪

Our demo team is fired up and ready to bring the energy on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Matthew Knight Arena as the Oregon Ducks take on Michigan State with tip-off at 6:00 PM!

It’s an honor to showcase Taekwondo on such a big stage in front of Duck Nation. Let’s make it loud, powerful, and unforgettable.

💜🥋 (Late Post) We were honored to be part of the Taekwondo demonstration at the Kaittie’s Run 5K in Eugene — an event dedicated to honoring the life of Kaittie Renaye Stager and raising awareness in the fight against domestic violence.

This community run/walk brings people together to support survivors, raise resources, and stand united against abuse. We were proud to share Taekwondo’s message of strength, respect, and resilience as part of such a powerful cause. 💪

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported the runners and walkers, and helped make a difference. Together we stand for hope, healing, and change.
