YOGA for the Wood Element with Joanna Cashman RN, E-RYT 500.
Happy Spring Equinox week! The Wood element corresponds to the season of spring and the liver and gall bladder meridians. Treating the liver and gall bladder meridians with acupressure and asana empowers the wood element to give us the vitality to move forward, overcome obstacles and extend compassion to ourselves and others. Balance Your Chakra Energy System in the New Year. Every Monday evening for the next seven weeks we will focus on one of the seven chakras during our Essential Vinyasa Yoga class and our Nidra Meditation class. ~ Class is free for Y members who can pre-register on-line.
~ Non-Members can pre-register by calling 541-686-9622 ext 0
~ Non-members can purchase a Day Pass for a single class or a 10 Visit Pass on the day of class.
~ Prices vary based on age. Young Adults ages 18 to 26 pay $14.00 per single class or $126.00 for a 10 Visit Pass. Same for Seniors ages 62 and over. Adults ages 27 to 61 pay $19.00 for single class or $171 for a 10 Visit Pass. Non-members can purchase classes at the front desk at the “Welcome Center” on the day of class.

Nurture Your Low Back: Monday 5:30 pm Dec 29, 2025.
End the Year with Self Care. This yoga class is designed to address low back pain, hyperlordosis, sway back, and anterior pelvic tilt. Our practice will help correct muscle length and strength imbalances and realign the pelvis to reduce back pain and decompress herniated disc issues.

YOGA for The Seasonal Blues.
Winter in the PNW can be quite a struggle for those living with depression and seasonal affective disorder. This week we will focus our Essential Vinyasa Yoga class on a variety of asana and pranayama practices that help decrease the symptoms of depression. Expect to stimulate brain endorphins and neurotransmitters, activate potent anti-depressant acupoints, increase oxygen levels and stimulate the flow of prana life force. These practices will help us upwardly spiral through our rainy PNW winters.
