Today, we honor Juneteenth, a day that commemorates freedom, resilience, community, and an important chapter in American history.

In our newest blog, we reflect on how mindfulness invites us to slow down, listen, learn, and remain open to perspectives beyond our own. While yoga cannot replace the importance of education, conversation, or action, it can offer practices that encourage awareness, reflection, and meaningful connection.

As we recognize Juneteenth, we invite our community to take a moment to pause, learn something new, engage in thoughtful conversation, or simply reflect on the values of freedom, dignity, and community that continue to shape our world today.

✨ Congratulations to our newest Yoga Teacher Training graduates! ✨

This past weekend, these dedicated students completed six months of study, practice, self-reflection, and growth, earning their yoga teaching certifications.

While the certificate marks an important milestone, what we celebrate most is the journey. Over the past six months, they have shown up with curiosity, courage, discipline, and an openness to learning. They have explored not only the physical practice of yoga, but also its philosophy, history, breathwork, meditation, and the deeper connection it invites us to cultivate with ourselves and others.

Yoga teacher training is about so much more than learning to teach. It is a process of transformation, self-discovery, and finding new ways to move through the world with greater awareness and intention.

We are incredibly proud of each graduate and grateful to have witnessed their growth. We cannot wait to see how they share these teachings, support their communities, and continue to embody the practice in their own unique ways.

Please join us in celebrating the Class of 2026!

🌿 Have you ever returned from a vacation feeling like you needed another vacation?

Many of us spend a lot of time looking for ways to escape stress, but escaping and resting are not always the same thing. One offers distraction. The other creates space for recovery.

In our newest blog, we explore the difference between rest and escaping, why true rest can feel surprisingly difficult, and what yoga teaches us about recovery, nervous system regulation, and learning how to recharge more intentionally.

Whether through restorative yoga, meditation, mindfulness, or simply creating more space in your day, rest is a practice and one that many of us could use a little more of.

🌿 Real life is rarely predictable.

Schedules change. Travel happens. Work gets busy. Family needs shift. Yet many people believe the only way to have a successful yoga practice is to follow a perfect routine.

In our newest blog, we explore why the most sustainable yoga practice is not the most disciplined one. It is the one that can adapt alongside real life.

We also share how our Flex Unlimited Membership was designed to support that same philosophy with unlimited yoga classes, month-to-month flexibility, and the freedom to build a practice that works for your life, not against it.

What helps you stay consistent when life gets busy?

🌕 Not every full moon is a Blue Moon.

A calendar-month Blue Moon occurs when two full moons fall within the same month, making the second full moon a relatively rare event that happens only seven times every 19 years.

Join Laura Black for a special all-levels practice held during the Blue Moon's peak illumination. Together, we will move, breathe, and reconnect with the steady rhythms of nature while exploring the grounding and reflective energy of the full moon.

Whether you follow astrology, love practicing with the lunar cycles, or simply enjoy the experience of gathering in community, this is an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and honor a moment that won't come around again for quite some time.

Laura is a graduate of the Debra Silverman Applied Astrology School and has been practicing professionally as an astrologer since 2019, bringing a unique perspective to this special evening.

🌕 Saturday, May 30
⏰ 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
📍 5th Street Studio

Reserve your spot and flow beneath the light of this rare Blue Moon.
