🛶Safety first! This weekend, the Lane County Sheriff's Office is holding its annual Life Jacket Exchange. Experts will check your life jackets for form, fit and function. You can exchange your child's outgrown or lightly used life jacket for one that fits properly at no cost. The free life jacket exchange event is June 15 (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) and June 16 (11 a.m.–3 p.m.) at Cabela's in Springfield.
