It is our desire to train athletes by using positive coaching mentors to improve overall volleyball skills as well as to develop leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and self-motivation on and off the court. We strive to take each player to a higher level of competitiveness while maintaining her love for the game.
U16's •••• We were going to scrimmage ITVC tonight at 6pm, before our regularly scheduled practice but with 2 girls out sick and finals for many others this week we have re-scheduled for next Thursday, Jan 31st at 6pm (before our practice) I hope this short notice is not an inconvenience to you, we just thought it was best under these circumstances. See you tonight from 7-9 at our regular practice, regular time.
U16 MLK Weekend Update: A fantastic start on Saturday pool play when we took First place and went into the Gold bracket (Div 1) on Sunday. Playing Sudden Impact, Webfoot, and Sabotage. Sunday was a tough and tight battle sending us to Div 2 Flight 1A for Monday play. Our final day: winning against Northshore 16-Mizuno and then DSK of Albany, OR sent us home in our second match. DSK won the bracket division the following game against Sudden Impact.
This tournament was by far my favorite. Great organization, great venue. -Elise

University of Oregon MLK Tournament. Hoping to take first in our pool. 2 matches in our pocket, one to go!
16's: A NOTE FROM SHELBY: Remember to be at the Mo Center in Oregon no later than 1:30 on Saturday (we will check into the hotel after the tournament, that eve) Feel free to bring a board game for the hotel, no video games please, Don't sleep all the way down in the car. Be sure to have a healthy lunch before you get there. Warm up, stretch out when you get there.

U13's Moved up 24 spots from our original seeding this last weekend. -Unstoppable.
A great learning day for our U13's: PL Seeding Day started out tough with losses to the 12th seed KJ and then again with PJ. Then, turned everything around by winning to Relentless 14's and then EVERY match (3 more) after that! -Unstoppable MIVC!
