Two decades ago I weighed over 300 lbs and was juggling a life of full-time work and school, puffing away at ci******es like a chimney, and was drowning in a sea of depression, chronic pain, and prescription medications. Generally speaking, I felt ๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ in my body.
