Today's WOD: Anna and I did high knees in between instead of mountain climbers, I because of my knees hurting lately. I did the prescribed number of exercises. Anna did 30 singles, 80 air squats, planks, 50 lunges, 30 abmats, 30 kbs, 30 dips, 20 rows, 10 snatches. We went for a walk before and after. Anna's time 26:55 and Sue 26:31. Such glorious weather.
Today's set up...thank you again Sy Wobbe for the equipment! Did anyone else get some movement in today? Getting out of bed also counts these days too...

Dear Threshold family, Anna and I have an official thank you card posted at gym. However, we want to make sure you all know how much we appreciate the love, gifts, and food. It all made a hard time a bit easier. Anna will be back stronger than ever...in a few weeks.

Wednesday: Every 2:30 perform a set of Squat Cleans. Descending reps. Add weight each set building to a heavy single.
