South Umpqua Lancers Track & Field/XC

The track team will be hosting a car wash accepting donations for each wash today 12:00-4:00pm at MSK Industrial! We look forward to seeing everyone!

There will be no 6pm practice tomorrow 8/17

Just a reminder our parents night is this Thursday at 6 PM! Hope to see a lot of you there! 

First day of cross country practice was amazing! It was amazing seeing all the kids getting out there and running again.

Hello just wanted to put out a reminder that cross country season starts on August 15th. Practices will be Monday-Friday at the high school, 8am and 6pm. We will meet outside in front of the gym next to the tables. All incoming freshman and anyone that has not had one done in the last two years will need to have a physical completed and turned in. I look forward to seeing everyone there!

Hello everyone! Cross country is fast approaching, and the first day of practice will be August 15th at 8am and 6pm at the high school! All cross country athletes will need to be at both practices. All incoming freshman interested in cross country will need a physical completed and anyone that has not had one done in two years will need to get a new one as well.

State Ready!

Tuesday the team went to Bandon and before the meet of course we had to stop at the coast and do the team warm up there.

There will be an optional practice tomorrow Wednesday 3/22 at 3:00pm at the track for anyone that wants to come and get some extra practice.

Athlete of the Month and student of the month luncheon! Lilly and Camron were track athletes of the month! And look at all of these track athletes that were student of the months in other classes! Love to see these athletes excel in the classroom as well as on the track!

Track open fields have started, they are open to anyone interested in track. Tuesday and Thursday 4:30-5:30!!
