Some common questions:
1. Do I have to be an advanced practitioner to participate in yoga teacher training?
[answer: well— what does “advanced” mean?—and no: you just need to have an interest in learning about yoga.
2. What if I don’t want to teach yoga?
[answer: lots of people take yoga teacher training and choose not to teach. It’s an opportunity to spend time in good company moving deeper into the practice.]
3. What if I have an injury or physical limitation? [Answer: your practice is your practice. It’s doesn’t matter what it looks like. what a great time to learn how to shift, slow down and learn injury prevention and recovery.]
