Join us for workshops and yoga classes all week! Yoga practice helps you to relax and let go. The areas that feel tight can soften, and you start to open up. When a flower is open it feels expansive, light and full of life. It’s a good metaphor for what we do in yoga 🌺🌻🌷

Join Savitri Cole for a Qigong for World Peace & Self-Healing Workshop on Saturday, April 4th from 1:30-2:30pm.

Align Within · Heal the Heart · Extend Harmony

In times of global tension, it can feel overwhelming and even disheartening.

In this special Qigong class, we will use the power of intention to heal and clear feelings of anger and sadness, and to generate kindness, love, and peace — empowering us to extend this healing outward into the world.

In Qigong, the forces of Heaven, Humans, and Earth govern the state of the world and the perceptions and actions that shape it. When humans are out of alignment with Heaven and Earth, it creates disharmony and things become chaotic. When we are in alignment with Heaven and Earth, we become an open conduit between these two forces, creating harmony and balance.

In this class, you will be guided through breath, flowing movement, and meditation to help you expand into your human potential to align Heaven and Earth and embody your essential role as a bridge to world peace and the well-being of the Earth.

About the Qigong: Rooted in the Five Element (Wuxing) tradition of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong supports the balanced flow of life-force energy (Qi) and the relationship between organ health and emotional expression.

Benefits of this Practice:

Healing and clearing feelings of anger and sadness
• Cultivating kindness, love, peace, and compassion
• Bringing internal energy into alignment with Heaven and Earth
• Activating intention to create positive personal and global transformation
• Expanding awareness into higher consciousness
• Remembering your universal connection to all

All levels are welcome. This class is accessible and adaptable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Come as you are, and dress in clothing that allows you to move comfortably.

If you’ve been feeling the emotional weight of the world lately, this practice offers a gentle way to return to kindness and harmony–beginning in your own heart and mind–and extending it outward into our shared world.

We look forward to breathing and moving with you in this practice for peace.
