Come join us for the Kids class or Adult class on Monday, and private lessons on Thursday.

Today we celebrated our one year anniversary🎊🎊 Thank you to everyone who has been there supporting us this past year and joined our wonderful family. Excited to continue to grow and learn with you. 🥳

We recently went to Tumwater classic and really enjoyed the experince! Matthew got 2nd in sparring and 2nd in forms. Not pictured is Kalea who got 1st in sparring. And Zena who got 2nd in sparring and 3rd in weapons. Great job everyone!🥳🥳

Welcome to Hi Yah Tae Kwon Do. I'll be your instructor, Emma Empol.

A little bit about me. I am third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I have been training for 18 years and instructing for 10 of those years. When I am not teaching martial arts, I'm teaching high school math at Springfield High School.

Happy Thanksgiving from our Hi Yah family. One of our students sent in a video of them passing a turkey leg, an exercise we have been doing on Monday classes to work our abs this month.

The force is strong as we train on Monday. We had a fun time trying out some lightsaber strikes and sparring for star wars day!
