I hope all the athletes and teams had a successful first week! This week is the most trying week, but so much good comes out of the fellowship and team bonding that goes on. We look forward to week 2!

Reminder for any 4-8th grade footballers that did not get all of their gear last Sunday or this week to attend the final gear handout tomorrow, Saturday. It will be from 10-1PM at the Meadowview Connex. This is also a good chance to swap any gear if you had major issues this week and turn in any outstanding documents. Our absolute last day to collect documents is tomorrow before we must turn into the league.

As we head into day 3 of conditioning week, I hope everyone is having a fun time and working hard. Please ensure athletes continue to hydrate well, get rest, and eat well!

Please note - our Registrar has sent emails to all families who are missing documents. Please check your emails, regardless if you think you turned everything in. We are quickly approaching our final due date for documents (08/22) to be able to play this season. If we do not have these documents by EOD Saturday, your athlete will not be able to play this season. We received feedback over the past year that our registration process was too strict, so to better serve the community, we extended it a week for these items, compared to being required before practice starts (minus physical, required to practice no matter what). But we still have a final due date, so please help us get your athlete squared away!

Gear handout later today for all grades, but this is the final one for 4-8th grade! If you had outstanding documents, those will be required today to be able to start practice tomorrow. We need:

-Final report card from 2025/2026 school year
-Completed OSAA physical form
-If transferring schools, need proof of enrollment at new school.
-If charter or homeschool program, additional documents will be required.

ALSO - if you have a 5th grader going from an elementary school to a middle school this upcoming school year, you must provide proof of enrollment at the new middle school they are attending. It does not automically enroll you. This is not applicable for K-8 schools.
