Back to the Grind: flex Summer Camps ☀️

This high-energy bootcamp packs the intensity of 15 individual classes into one week giving dancers the ultimate training experience. Each day features multiple genres led by flex faculty and special guest artists. Dancers will be challenged both mentally and physically, growing in technique, stamina, and style.

❗️Back to the Grind is mandatory for all flex Studios Performance & Competition Group members, but open to all dancers looking to elevate their training.
❗️Please inquire for level placement to ensure best fit.
❗️Dancers must bring appropriate footwear daily: Hip Hop sneakers, tap and ballet shoes are required.

⭐️Drop-in Option: A limited number of daily drop-in spots are available for $75/day with advance notice and space availability⭐️

Good evening, Flex families, friends, and fans,

Welcome to “FLEXLORE,” a celebration of 14 wonderful years of art education and community, all rooted in love.

Before we begin, we ask that you please remain seated during the concert and only exit between performance pieces. We also kindly request that all cell phones be silenced. For the safety of our dancers, absolutely no flash photography is permitted during the performance. Please also be aware that strobe lighting and theatrical smoke effects will be used throughout the concert.

This weekend, we celebrate.

We celebrate the Kalapuya people as we gather together on this land. We celebrate Juneteenth and the enduring spirit of freedom. We celebrate the fathers who are taking the stage in support of their children.

We celebrate the endless hours of dedication, sweat, tears, and joy that each season brings.

We celebrate the creation of community.
We celebrate the artists and the athletes.
We celebrate the understanding that every individual here tonight completes this beautiful puzzle.

Experiences like today bring magic to a community that needs safe and creative spaces. We are grateful for this privilege and cherish these precious moments.

Please know that your presence here tonight is a gift—to your dancer, to the flex Studios program, and to our Eugene community. For that, we thank you.

It is my greatest pleasure to introduce the incredible creators, educators, and mentors who make flex Studios what it is: the 2025–2026 flex Studios Faculty!

What an honor to be in partnership with DLX Family Foundation for our 2026 end of year concerts.

DLX Family Foundation is the charitable arm of DLX , amplifying the work of change making non-profits and showing up for their community with hustle and heart.

If that narrative doesn’t align with flex Studios, we don’t know what does…..

As we sought our 2026 Community Partner, DLX Family Foundation showed up with enthusiasm and encouragement through each step.

The impact of the work they do is inspiring, motivating and humbling.

In partnership with flex Studios and our non-profit Mark Lewis Memorial Scholarship Inc, our Youth Arts and Enrichment fund will continue to create arts opportunities for our community for dancers of all abilities and financial circumstance.

From the day ours doors opened in 2012, our primary mission at flex was to make dance accessible to all bodies.

Everyone deserves an opportunity to be celebrated in the magic that is dance.

As we have maintained this mission for fourteen years, partnerships with organizations like DLX have been imperative to keep that work alive.

We feel powerful and grateful with DLX at our side and committed to continued and expanded opportunities for access to dance education.

DLX Family Foundation thank you for seeing the love and heartbeat flex provides.

We can not wait to share this next weekend in full spectrum with you. As you see the impact of your support materialize, we will certainly share a magical experience.

There is nothing like flex, thank you for being a witness and cheerleader to our work.
