If you're on HRT and still not okay — that's not a failure. That's an incomplete prescription. Here's what's missing.
I want to be clear about something first. I think HRT is great. I recommend it. I'm not here to talk you out of it.
But here's what I know — because so many of the women who come to me have been on HRT for years. They did everything right. Got the prescription, optimized the dose, gave it time. And they're still not okay. Still not sleeping. Still not feeling like themselves. Starting to wonder if this is just how it is now.
It isn't.
HRT gives your body the raw materials. Chinese herbs tell your body what to build with them. Those are two completely different jobs.
If your body can't absorb what it's being given — if your liver is too backed up to process hormones properly — if your receptors aren't responding the way they should — HRT can't fix that.
