A new edition of KWAX Connects is set to air on Thursday this week featuring host Kimberly Powell's interview with conductor Gemma New, in town to conduct on Thursday evening's American Tapestry concert for the Oregon Bach Festival. 2026 Guest Artist Spotlight: Marc Destrubé 🎻✨

Canadian violinist Marc Destrubé is an internationally acclaimed soloist and period-instrument specialist. A longtime concertmaster of the Oregon Bach Festival Period Orchestra, he previously served as concertmaster of the OBF Orchestra under Helmuth Rilling and spent more than 20 years as co-concertmaster of the renowned Orchestra of the 18th Century. He is also artistic director of the Pacific Baroque Festival.
