Aberdeen Is Open!

Concerning the St. Louis County COVID-19 Stay at Home Order: The St. Louis County Department of Public Health
has noted an exception in Section S, entitled “Prohibited Activities” where Golf Clubs are provided “with the narrow exceptions for playing golf and driving ranges where Social Distancing Requirements are strictly followed and enforced.”

Aberdeen has decided to remain open to provide a safe outdoor activity for people looking to get outside and exercise.

In order to strictly follow the CDC's requirements we are going to be walking only until the stay at home order is lifted. We do allow push/pull carts however we will not be providing them. We have also removed the flag sticks and bunkers rakes to eliminate any possible contact points. We are also asking everyone to stay 6ft away from each other even within their own group. We are taking every precaution to make sure Aberdeen is a safe place to enjoy the outdoors for both the customers and employees. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during these strange times.

Aberdeen Golf Club is open for Golfers. We are committed to be a leader in the golf community by maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our customers to do the same. As such we are monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak and implementing practices according to the CDC guidelines.

The nature of our business with only a small group of golfers playing together in an outdoor activity greatly minimizes exposure, golf isn't a close-proximity event. Our Aberdeen staff will be wearing gloves when needed and have been instructed to wash and sanitize their hands more often. The cart staff are washing down all carts after each use and using disinfectant on steering wheels, dashboard, and switches.
Indoor surfaces and all door handles will be wiped with disinfectant regularly throughout the day.
