As we continue to adapt to the shifting circumstances we find ourselves in due to COVID-19, we feel it is necessary to further suspend the SLYSA 2020 spring league. All games are being postponed through April 15th, 2020 in an attempt to keep the health and well-being of all SLYSA players, coaches, families, and others involved in the league a priority, and to limit potential exposure to COVID-19.

This policy goes into effect as of today, March 19th, 2020, and recent actions taken by the USYS, MYSA and IYSA regarding COVID-19 correlate with this decision.

SLYSA will be evaluating conditions to determine when it will be appropriate to reinstate game play and will update accordingly. Further details regarding the impact of COVID-19 on the league will continue to be shared via official SLYSA communications channels.
