All week long, S.L.A.M. Affiliates across the World will be hosting a FREE week for new mamas to come sweat with us, meet the community & see what The Movement is all about!

Here at Drum you’ll get to try out 3 classes, a walk, a playgroup & a few fun extras throughout the week as well!!

Kids are headed back to school so we are bumping our class time to account for our school fams!

What is it?!
✨A FREE week for anyone who’s never tried S.L.A.M.
- 3 classes
- 1 walk
- 1 playgroup meet up

We would LOVE to have you at it! We will be sharing our full September calendar soon so keep an eye out & join in on the fun!

If you’re worried about kiddos, don’t be! We will have anywhere from newborns to homeschoolers, & our coaches are here to help so you can workout!

Just PCS’d or new to working out and don’t have your gear? We’ve got extras for you to borrow!

Today we took it a little slower & lifted heavier! We swapped burpees and running for some kickboxing cardio! 👌🏼

& our August is Ashley Hultgren 🤍
We are so grateful she chose to be a part of SLAM & have loved watching her thrive as a mama!! The boys might not let her get in the whole workout some days but she shows up anyways and is a huge part of our community here up north! 💙💙
