Here is the Push Focus Schedule for this week 3/29-4/5!

Come check out this heart rate based fitness class that combines interval work on the treadmill, rower & assault bike with strength training. My Zone Heart Rate Monitors are required for this class and can be purchased at Premier Wellness located downstairs, next to Smoothie King.
Interested in trying the class, comment βTRIALβ and we'll get you set up with a complementary loaner my zone heart rate belt for a class. If you are trying the class for the first time and are using one of our loaner MyZone bands please arrive 10-15 minutes early so our instructors can get you set up. Once the class starts, instructors will not be able to give out loaner belts.

Here's our lineup for the for week! Come catch some great movies while you get your cardio done!
Did you know that we have a cardio cinema room? It's upstairs between the posing room and Pilates studio! We know that sometimes it's hard to stay motivated with stationary cardio but our Cardio Cinema is here to help. This hidden gem at EFC is set up as a theatre room but with cardio equipment instead of reclining chairs. With a large projector screen in the front, 3 rows of cardio equipment & surround sound, this room is a great place to get those cardio minutes in without staring into the void! π΄π»ββοΈππΌββοΈπ₯
**Please be aware Cardio Cinema will be closed while Cycle classes are occurring.
**And every Thursday from 1-2pm for cleaning. Make sure to plan accordingly.
