Twenty-five years ago, we watched our country change in a single morning. We haven't forgotten, and we won't.

This September 11th, please join us for the 9/11 Dawn to Dusk Moving Tribute at Bear Meadows. From sunrise to sunset, an American Flag and a Flag of Honor will never stop moving across the Meadows, carried hand to hand by our community, one 30-minute shift at a time. It's a tribute to those we lost that day, and to the service men and women who have given their lives since in defense of our nation.

Friday, September 11 | 7am – 7:30pm | Bear Meadows

Here's how you can be part of it:

Carry a flag for a 30-minute walking slot
Volunteer to help with check-in or the day-of program
Sponsor a shirt, snacks and water, or flags for the event

All ages welcome, and everyone who signs up in advance gets a free event shirt.

Hi gym fam! This Saturday we're hosting our very first powerlifting meet and we want YOU there. Here's what to know:⁣

7:00 AM – Setup begins. Cardio & selectorized equipment still available.⁣
9:45 AM – Gym closes to launch the event
10:00 AM – Meet kicks off!
~3:00 PM – Back to regular hours⁣

Come watch some seriously strong athletes compete and soak in the energy. This is what Range 307 is about.
