Tri-State Hockey Academy will be offering lessons over the Holiday break. All lessons will be at Swonder Ice Arena . Schedule posted below. If you are interested in participating in one of the lessons please reach out and contact us via email or text.

TSHA is continuing the Monday night weekly skill skates and off-ice training for the month of November. During the on ice portion, players will work on various skills including, edge work, over speed, stickhandling, shooting and position specific training. The off-ice portion, players will work on speed, agility and quickness as well as stickhandling and shooting.
Goalie Training is available for this session.
