These girls are more than my 5:15 workout squad.
They are a group of Bad A$$, hard working mommas, that make me a better person.
Im nearing my 4 year anniversary in my health and fitness journey and its difficult to put into words how much it has impacted me and changed my life for the better. But this past year has been one of the best! Not only do we workout together, travel together, eat and drink together, Sun together, and most importantly support each other!
And one of the greatest things about this tribe of mine, you are always invited!

awe I got a little emotional today too! This was an absolutely amazing program! Your best one yet and it's so hard to beat Liift4! You made me feel like a total bad ass every day.
