American Outlaws: Evansville

Today, we are performing a resurrection.

Our doors will swing open at 2:00pm sharp, with our eyes and anticipation focused on our boys opening up their Copa America campaign at 5:00pm.

Friends will gather, some of whom haven’t seen each other in a space like this in years, and rekindle their coalescent love for this thing that sits so very close to our hearts.

It’s going to be busy. And this is still just a pop up to prepare for our Grand Opening, so please do not forget your patience at home. But this is going to be one very special afternoon, and we’d love for you to come and be a part of it.

Mark your calendars, plan to be there.

They're calling it the "Summer of Soccer", but we're calling it a pretty darn good time to open a pub. Here's a list of our July events, featuring music, boxing, and all three major international soccer tournaments taking place through early August.

We'll see you for a few pints, a match or two, and some Irish Session, this July!

We're back!

I know it's been a minute Outlaws, but a little birdie has told me that the newest, hottest soccer spot in town is doing a soft opening on Sunday, just in time for the US game. So head on down to best Irish Pub in town, Patsy Hartigan's Irish Pub and join us in pints, food and footy. Game is at 5pm, doors at Patsy's will open at 2pm. Rock your red, white and blue. See you there!

First we want to thank Doc's for hosting us again this year (and next!). While the outcome of the games may not have been what we wanted game days were always winners. And thank all of you for coming and and supporting the US and American Outlaws.

As we take a breather from the World Cup, and start looking forward to the Women's World Cup this summer, we also want to look ahead to the leadership of AO Evansville. To that end, we will be holding elections in the New Year. We'll have all the details in January but start now to think about what you'd like to see from our organization and how you can help! We'll be calling for nominations in January, with an election shortly after. We're looking for enthusiastic people who want to help grow our chapter. And who like to enjoy the game together!

But for now, everyone have a safe and happy holiday season and we'll see you in January!

It's official. We play Wales in our first game of the World Cup. Hopefully we avoid the injury bug in the coming months.

Big win tonight, but I'm also interested in this game. Essentially the first game of the World Cup. We play the winner in our opener in November. This should be a nice Sunday off soccer as we play a few hours after this game.
