A huge THANK YOU to all of our SOS Remix participants who came ready to work, compete, learn and have some fun today. We loved getting another opportunity to bring this group back together and finish the summer in the gym.

Thank you to our parents for continuing to trust and support Pocket City Basketball, and a special thank you to our counselors for bringing the energy, instruction and encouragement that made today a great experience for the kids.

Days like today are what Summer of Separation is all about—getting better, competing, building confidence and enjoying the game.

We appreciate every family who spent part of their Sunday with us.

SUMMER OF SEPARATION REMIX IS TOMORROW!

We’re excited to get some of our SOS Remix registrants back in the gym tomorrow for an afternoon of basketball, skill development, competition and plenty of fun!

Please take a look at the attached camp itinerary and player groupings for tomorrow’s session. We also have a special Head Counselor joining us tomorrow, and we’re excited to introduce them to the campers and have them lead the group through the afternoon.

A few important reminders:

Doors open at 11:45 AM. Doors will not open prior to 11:45 AM, so please plan accordingly.

Please park in the back parking lot of the Boys & Girls Club and use the rear entrance.

Parents/guardians should es**rt their player into the gym for check-in. Once players are settled, we ask parents to exit until 1:50 PM so our Head Counselor can have the campers’ full attention during the instructional portion of the afternoon.

Parents are absolutely welcome to return at 1:50 PM to watch the 4-on-4 game-play portion of SOS Remix.

Players should bring a water bottle, indoor basketball/gym shoes and a great attitude.

Please do not bring outside basketballs into the facility. We will have all basketballs and equipment needed.

The groups are set, the itinerary is ready, and we have a really fun afternoon of basketball planned.

Tomorrow, we’re Back in the Lab for SOS Remix!

🏀 **THE RACE FOR A SPOT IS ON.**

Another outstanding group of players has officially joined the 14th Annual Pocket City Basketball Fall X-League, and registration continues to move at a fast pace.

⚠️ The non-high school divisions are now approaching full capacity.** Based on the current pace of registrations, we anticipate moving to a waiting list by the middle of next week.

If your player is planning to participate, now is the time to register. Once a division reaches capacity, additional registrations will be placed on the waiting list while we evaluate availability.

As always, players register individually. Coaches planning to have players placed together should encourage everyone to complete their registration as soon as possible to maximize placement opportunities before registration reaches capacity.

🏀 Junior Fundamentals League Update

We're excited about how this year's league is coming together and have begun planning the divisions.

Our goal is to create balanced, grade-based competition, with 2nd & 3rd graders primarily competing together and 4th graders competing within their own division whenever possible.

As we finalize team placements, we're looking to add a few more players in our:

• 2nd & 3rd Grade Division
• 4th Grade Division

Every player will receive:
✅ Two games each Sunday
✅ 7-game guarantee
✅ Balanced teams
✅ A fun, developmental environment focused on learning and confidence

If you've been considering registering, now is the perfect time to secure your child's spot before teams are finalized.

We can't wait to see everyone on the court this fall! 🏀

What an incredible evening at our Free Back 2 School Basketball Camp!

Thank you to every camper and family who joined us and helped make this year's event such a success. It was a fantastic evening filled with basketball, learning, teamwork, and plenty of smiles as we prepared for the new school year.
