Pilates by the Bay Pilates by the Bay offers private Pilates instruction and Reformer classes in a beautiful, private studio in downtown Everett.

We are now offering a class for students who are attending RC 1, RC 1.5 or RC 2. Appropriate modifications will be given by the teacher to make sure each student feels successful.

Lighter springs demand more from your stabilizers and deep core. Heavier springs recruit the larger, more powerful muscle groups.
