Capoeira is a unique martial art, African in its origin and Brasilian in its evolution. This fascinating discipline fuses flexibility, agility, strength, balance, self-defense, self-confidence, coordination and rhythm: creating a workout like no other. Historically Capoeira is the art of freedom, liberating Brasil's African and indigenous slaves and empowering their sense of self. It is our goal to perpetuate this power and history and pass it along to the Boston community.

Tomorrow evening Capoeira Brasil Boston will be performing at the Webster Elementary School as part of the schools fitness night.
This is a very important subject for us as our youth are being too consumed with electronics and not engaging in enough physical activity. Come show your support as there will will be introductions to yoga, zumba, capoeira and many other activities.
Invest positive time and energy into our children and their future.
Good morning everyone, we are excited to announce that CBB will be filming an episode this weekend for a new tv show that will be airing nationally.
I am asking all students to be present at the academy on Sunday, May 05 at 5:30pm to train, show support, energy and represent CBB.
