Shrimp ceviche PNW style🦐 start by peeling all your shrimp, I usually do about 20-30 shrimp for a bowl the size in the picture! Once they are peeled squeeze 4 limes in a bowl and toss your shrimp in the juice, marinate for 30-45mins and put in the fridge! This is when I cut everything is to nice small dices, I used mango and pineapple, and a red onion and cilantro! Then after your shrimp is done marinating I take out of the lime juice, add to my fresh cut produce, this is when you will want to add your garlic, and salt to taste! I always squeeze fresh lime on it after it’s seasoned and mixed! You may go through a few chips to dial in the seasoning but it’s worth it 🤤 serve and enjoy! so fresh and super tasty 🦐
