Kelsie is currently on maternity leave and beginning her journey into motherhood. We can’t wait to have her back bringing her love for health and fitness to her clients!

Kelsie brings years of experience and a passion for helping clients build sustainable, long-term results. She genuinely loves helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.

She also specializes in pregnancy and postpartum training, guiding women through every stage with the right support, proper form, and intention.

We’ll always always encourage a more natural, old-school approach—building strength, fueling your body, and creating habits that last.
