Clancys Ski School

Memories are what keep spirits of the ones we’ve lost alive. Growing up in the Motorhome parking lot at Stevens Pass while mom and dad ran the ski school was the best. My brothers and I would slam some cereal and we’d be off to S**C. Running wild around that mountain. If we weren’t skiing then we’d be building sled tracks up in woods of Big Chief, playing baseball in the motorhome lot, epic ski family bonfires. All the trouble we could find.
My family’s memories with Clancys Ski School at Stevens Pass will last a lifetime and hopefully continued on from the stories shared with the ones we love.
This is Allison, the little sister of the family. Our family wanted to continue this ski school. It was heart breaking losing this. But I’m learning that life brings change. Sudden and unexpected change.
Life’s easier when you have people around you that love you and you love them. The kind of love my family has is true. Absolutely true love.
The loss of my big brother Michael will leave a whole in my heart. But beyond lucky our parents revolved our lives around skiing. The memories with my brothers in our motorhome will always be cherished.

Michael’s daughter and my one and only niece Carmen is having services at the Everett Golf and Country Club, August 10th 3-6.

This time of year we’re usually receiving sign ups and going to dry land clinics with our instructors…. Oh memories…. BUT hopefully all of you out there are still spreading the Clancys Ski School passion with others!
