January is always fantastic because year after year we see more and more people resetting and making their health a priority. Some stick with it, but honestly a good majority don’t.
So what causes this drop off?
1. Loss of Motivation
2. Boredom
3. Confusion
4. Lack of results
5. Shift in priorities
The list goes on and on…
With that being said, how do avoid another “I’ll try next year”? How do you stop this cycle? How do you finally make your goals happen?

1. Motivation will always come and go. A coach will push you to show up regardless of being motivated.
2. A coach has extensive training and experience in programming. A coach knows how to train in multiple facets to ensure you get the best workout without just doing the same thing over and over.
3. A coach does the thinking for you. No need to get confused by what exercises work what muscles. How do you use that machine or do that routine. Show up and your coach will take care of the rest.
4. Struggling with results? It’s probably because your missing some part of the equation. Your coach will guide you in all aspects of your life to makes sure you are making the necessary tweaks to get results and get results FASTER.
5. Having someone you are accountable to will make sure your priorities stay in line with your goals. Your coach is there to remind you why you are important and why getting to your goals should remain a priority even when it seems as though it’s not.
