Sydney Pettis ‘26 is thriving at her new home, Worcester Polytechnic Institute! A key member of our program last year, we of course have talked highlighted Sydney a lot on this account. She is off and running with her new WPI teammates as they go for a NEWMAC crown. We can’t wait to cheer her on this winter!

🚨COLLEGE COACHES: Gabe Schmidt ‘27 has been killing it so far this summer and fall here in NH! The 6’3” combo guard from Columbus, Ohio has been an awesome presence for our team, and we are fortunate to have him with us.

The season is a little more than a month away. We can’t wait to get going soon 👏👏👏

Happy National Coaches Day!

This photo was from a little less than two months ago at the funeral of an incredible teacher and coach, Tom Seidenberg. In the photo is over 200 years of coaching experience, including over 100 collective years at The Academy. Four incredible coaches in Malcolm Wesselink, Jay Tilton, Rick Brault, and Rick Mahoney. We are endlessly grateful to all four and the foundation they have set for both teams and our program 🙏

Nicole Heavirland ‘14

Our yearly shoutout to one of our 🐐s

A native of Whitefish, Montana, Nicole averaged 16.5 points, 2.8 assists and 2.6 steals her senior year on one of our best teams in program history.
Nicole then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, first playing hoops before getting recruited to play rugby. Nicole quickly ascended, earning USA Rugby All-American honors, and then went on to represent the United States in international competition, including the Olympic Games and Rugby World Cup events 👏👏👏
