Congratulations to Andrew Surloff on winning the autographed Sidney Crosby jersey!!! Thank you to Greg McDonald-State Farm Agent for donating this awesome jersey. With three locations in the Pittsburgh area, we are one of the largest and longest tenured Rock Steady Boxing affiliates in the world, having helped nearly 1,800 individuals battling Parkinson’s disease. Through rigorous and emotional and physical fitness and emotional support, we help Parkinson’s fighters get their lives back one punch at a time. Mystery class completed. It was such a great class. Everyone ran there hearts out. 24 laps around the track is one mile, and nearly everyone had over a mile done by the end of class. Way to push yourselves. We had a relay race to end round 15. 💙🥊💙🥊 (video in comments)

We have officially started our Rock Steady Boxing Pittsburgh program here in Murrysville! This program helps to slow the progression and reduce the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Through our non-contact boxing program that is trainer led, we give those living with PD an opportunity to "fight" back against their disease in this unique and fun community atmosphere.

Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00am to 12:00pm. If you know of anyone living with Parkinson's disease interested in the program, please call the number below to set up an evaluation time before starting the program. We look forward to growing this program at our new location and continuing to help those with PD!
