There is a wilder side of Exton hiding in plain sight.
Meadow grasses turning gold. Seeds scattering. Birds moving through. September light beginning to change.
On Sunday, September 27, we’re leaving the studio behind and going exploring.
🍂 FALL EQUINOX PRACTICE: WALKING THE THRESHOLD
Sunday, September 27 · 1:30–3:30 PM
at Exton Park
For two hours, we’ll wander through meadow, wetland, winding paths, and open sky—guided by the seasonal wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda and our own capacity to pay attention.
There will be quiet stretches of trail. Invitations tucked into a personalized field journal. A beautiful sketching pencil. Locally sourced provisions for exploring. Time to follow what catches your attention.
And somewhere along the way, we’ll arrive at a threshold.
We’ll settle into the landscape for an outdoor meditation accompanied by live flute, letting music mingle with breath, birdsong, wind, and the sounds of the park.
Then we’ll find our way back to one another.
Warm c***r will be waiting.
A little pilgrimage. A little ritual. A little bit of magic hidden in our own backyard.
Come walk with us.
