Looking for 2-3 women to join a Tu/Th 10:30-11:15am small group training. It’s typically circuit style with one day lower body & the other focused on upper body, always with an emphasis on core strength. We use TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls & more. The format is perfect for participants of varying levels because it’s easily adaptable. The small group also allows me to keep eyes on everyone’s form to keep participants safe.
If you think this might be a good fit for you, send me a message and we can schedule a time for you to check it out.

For example, we are concerned that recommendations regarding salt seasoning and red meat consumption could inadvertently lead consumers to exceed recommended limits for sodium and saturated fats, which are primary drivers of cardiovascular disease. While the guidelines highlight whole-fat dairy, the Heart Association encourages consumption of low-fat and fat-free dairy products, which can be beneficial to heart health.”
